What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 5:30pm. Please refer to our Instagram and Facebook for Holiday hours.

Do you carry items and apparel for Sororities and Fraternities?
Yes! We have a whole list of what Greek organizations that we carry in our "About Us" tab!

Do you work on items that I bring in?
Unfortunately, we do not work on products that are not our own. We outsource some of our customization and have found through the years that it is best to not work on other people's products.

What is your return policy?
*We are currently not accepting returns on any items, so please shop carefully! We will accept returns on sorority packages in their original gift wrap only.*
We accept returns on items purchased in the store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have your receipt and the item has been unused. If you do not have your receipt but your item is unused and the tags are still on it, we will issue you a store credit. If it is a custom order, we do not accept returns unless we are responsible for a mistake.

I want to order an item that I see on your website, but it is not in the "SHOP" area. How do I place an order for that item?
Due to the nature of the customization of some our items, we do not have everything on our SHOP tab, but we are always ready and willing to help you place an order over the phone. Our phone number is 214-521-8410. We ship out daily, so placing your order over the phone will not delay your order in any way.

How do I place an order for Greek Bid Days?
If you are in town, it is easiest if you come in to see our products to make a bid day order! If you are unable to come into the store, feel free to browse through our "Sorority" tab on our website to look at some of our cute items! Then you can give us a call at 214-521-8410 and we'll help you put together a gift package. We ship out of our store daily so we can get your present shipped anywhere you need it to go! Do you deliver gifts to SMU Greek houses?
We only deliver to gifts to the SMU sorority houses at the time of Initiation. The first few days following SMU Bid Day, we deliver presents to the new members at their dorms. If you are purchasing a gift after Bid Day, we find it best for your gift to be picked up by the recipient at our store since there are constantly people going in and out of the Greek houses. We are directly across the street from the SMU campus. Please give us a call for more information at 214-521-8410.

We love helping our customers with group orders. Please give us a call or come in for more details!

Can I design something different than what I see on your site?
Absolutely! We offer numerous items that can be custom ordered. With our embroidery, heat vinyl, appliqué, engraving, and sticker options you can make your item truly your own. Custom orders can be available same day and up to two to three weeks depending on the item.
